Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SAFLIFER account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself in the app

The fastest way is directly in SAFLIFER:

  1. Open the SAFLIFER app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Prefer us to do it for you?

Email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:

Send a request to support@saflifer.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile: email, nickname, age, profile photo and stored location.
  • The reports you created and their photos.
  • Your comments and votes.
  • Your push-notification token and notification settings.
  • Your in-app purchase and subscription records held by SAFLIFER.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered.

What may be kept

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax or to handle disputes), and anonymised data that can no longer identify you. Copies in encrypted backups are removed on our regular backup cycle.
